Would y'all build an 8.8 to match your front 3.55s or go 4.56/4.88 to run 33/35s and just regear the front to 4.56/4.88?

in the end it wouldn't matter that much because when you regear it. U ll have to go with new full case locker because those 8.8 carriers are known to break. But yeah I would do open carried if u are gonna lock it for the time being

I know this doesn't pertain to this chat, but figured I was already in here lol. Anybody have problems with that ****ing heat soak, causing a missfire on cylinder 3. If so what'd you do to fix it. Just thermal wrap? Or was it not that easy, to fix the issue?

thermal wrap did it for my 2001 along with the silver insulation that get laid on top of the intake directly under the injectors. Then I upgraded to 784 injectors. Didn't have any problems

so i had an issue yesterday, i went around a 90 degree corner at about 20mph yesterday and when i tried to power out of the corner the jeep bogged down like it died but didnt die, i let off the gas and it came back and when i hit the gas again it was fine. it did it twice yesterday both times going around a corner and going through a big dip in the road.

i checked the oil thinking maybe the G force i put on it slopped the oil to one side and caused it to lose oil pressure because i was low a quart but i got plenty of oil. idk what was going on.
