I recommend an o2 sensor socket to make things a lot easier. more leverage as well so you won't need AS much heat as you would using a wrench. You can find them at auto parts stores. They are almost fully round but are missing a slit so the wires can go there when putting the socket on the sensor. Just for you guys that have never seen one....

First of all, no penetrating oils... not a good idea on exhaust. What you want to do is take a torch and apply a good amount of heat to the pipe surrounding the o2 sensor. Once you've got that nice and hot, take a can of that compressed air they use to clean out keyboards, turn it upside down, and spray the o2 sensor. Have a wrench handy to start wrenching on it right away.

I just found a pic of my cat the day I installed it. Took it for a good hard test run and saw that it had turned blue when I got home. I've always wanted to get a camera set up watching my header collector to see if it glows when I run it hard. I wouldn't be surprised at all.

ok i found it, 50 bucks isnt bad for a converter. I have a super 44 flowmaster right now and im thinking about going to a 10 series because the case is so much smaller. only thing im afraid of is how loud it will be. The super 44 gives a nice sound but i got the whole bottom of the case dented in already. im not too sure what to do

I don't like Flowmasters personally. I am a magnaflow and borla type of guy. Much cleaner sounding than flowmasters. I've had 14 exhaust setups on my rig and the magnaflow I've got now is by far the best I've had. It has a nice clean exhaust note through all rpm ranges and has a nice balance of torque and top end.
