Yea we are gonna get hit tomorrow.
Guess I'm done wheeling.. Trails suck with snow all over them and I'm not driving my xj on the metal eating salt.

6-12 inches expected in my area as of right now...could possibly increase up to 12-15 inches. I'm really not looking forward to this....really don't want a repeat of last year's incident

Mine is locked so it kinda sucks in the snow. Thats why I'm just gonna park it in the garage and work on it when ever I feel like it.

My new XJ did a lot better in the snow. I just have one question that I need some help with. When my XJ is in 4hi (or pretty much whenever the front axle is engaged) it makes a really loud humming/whining noise. I have a Dana 30 front axle if that helps. Could it be low fluid in my diff case?

I would check both for fluid and make sure the D30 is not filled with water.

It was not all that bad though. I pulled the sled out of storage. Fired it up and cruised around town.

....uh oh, getting that checked this week. Narrowed it down to either: Needs diff fluid, needs T-Case fluid, or the linkage needs to be adjusted

if you've done a T-case drop then yea adjustment may have something to do with it.
