i still have not gotten my lift on its really starting to irritate me my brother ran outta time to help me so i have it goin to a local shop to get exhaust work done so i asked him to either try breaking to rusted bolt free the front leaf spring bolt that goes into the frame rail so cant be torched off like the others woulda been if he can get that out or just install the new leaves then we'll get the front done grr 13 years of NY salt is brutal!

thank man. and ya i had that same issue with my leaf springs, i had to cut the plate open that is welded to the frame and cut the nut out, then replaced the bolt and rewelded a new nut in place and then welded the plate back on.
