even with the 3.3/4 back space 10" is too wide?

8" for sure. 10's are even too much for 12.5" tires IMO.

15x7 with 3.75 32x11.5s IMO this is how its done

Deffinetly 8" rim. 10" would be to wide and you would scratch them up bad!

the wider the rim the more likely you are to lose a bead when airing down.

It gives you an excuse to weld in some lock rings

8 inch. with the lock rings welded on, it would make it about 9 inches. that would leave you some room to go to 12.5 wide later, when you're ready to go to 33's.
