South Florida Dysfunctional 4x4's
Yeah, I saw the story on the news, and the link last week while I was lurking about when I found this forum.
Unfortunately for me, the wife convinced me that chores were more important than mudding if I want to sleep in my bed tonight. That couch is nice to look at, but I like my bed. Maybe if I'm good, I can go next Sunday.

Sorry about the last pic being sideways.
I'll figure it out later.
And yup, those are landscaping borders being used as fender flares.
Very redneck ingineered I know.
That's how I got it, and they're pretty sturdy, so for the time being, they're gonna stay there.

Thanks for the compliments.
Plans are to clean up the paint, a lot.
Remove and strengthen the front bumper, then use it as an air tank.
Remove and rhinoline the roof basket.
Relocate the Hi-lift to the hood.
Mount the spare onto a tailgate carrier.
Rhinoline the floor, and the underside.
New leaf packs and shackles
Fix the high idle issue. I think it's a vac leak since most of the lines are everywhere but where they belong.
Ford 8.8 swap frt/rear and lockers and 4.10's eventually.
I'll keep it at 3 in. but want to upgrade to 33's when funds permit.

Nope...I didn't go I've been meaning to swing by to check out the area...but the comanche has been going through surgery as I did the c101 elimination as per cruisers tips....
Results? Oh, and how's the XJ running? I'd be down for Krome this weekend. I wish my 784 injectors would arrive in the mail though.
Found this today. Looks like a solid starting point despite the high asking price (if you ask me).

"Workhorse" has been great till it left me stranded at a gas station because the cps finally went out but it was an hour fix and I was back on the road....other than that it's been gas and go!!!! Lol
That xj is a great starting point....I still would've bargained him from that price...
