Looks like a good start! Missing a flare, windows need work, interior's probably far from perfect. From a used car lot perspective, it's a beater. If it's not dripping oil everywhere, doesn't smoke, 255k isn't a problem.
From a wheeler's perscpective, it's gold! If mechanically sound, $1400 would be a good deal.

Definitely where it should be. The front bumper was further back on one side that the other and when I pointed that out he said that the bolts must be loose. I said "looks like unibody damage to me" looked underneath it and turns out it was! It was nothing but a piece of sh@&
