Looks like a good start! Missing a flare, windows need work, interior's probably far from perfect. From a used car lot perspective, it's a beater. If it's not dripping oil everywhere, doesn't smoke, 255k isn't a problem.

From a wheeler's perscpective, it's gold! If mechanically sound, $1400 would be a good deal.

 

Turns out it ain't half the deal it seems to be. It's got a lot more body damage that expected and possible unibody damage. It's also dripping oil and has 290,000 not the 255 I was told. One tire wouldn't hold air and it was missing 2 door handle buttons. Needless to say I walked away from that one.

Yep sure was. He told me $1200 out the door was bottom. He woulda been lucky for me to give him $1000

Definitely where it should be. The front bumper was further back on one side that the other and when I pointed that out he said that the bolts must be loose. I said "looks like unibody damage to me" looked underneath it and turns out it was! It was nothing but a piece of sh@&

 

Have you looked on Craigslist? I have found a few good ones there
