Mine is a daily driver. Sway bars are not a safety issue. They only make the initial drivers rating when the jeep is in an suv shootout at the original selling date.
Its to "feel" like the driver has more control and stability on the road.. In real world it would only be good for track racing. LOL
My jeep handles superb on the road without them. Again they are just for the paranoid. Seriously.

If the nut is froze, use a torch., or cut it off.
If the bolt is frozen to the center bushing. Then you will have to torch it out.
PB blaster and heat. Probably is your best hope.
Some times you can work the bolt back and forth(takes forever) with PB and finally get it out.
Air hammer can help also. Pry bar with an impact.
Whatever it takes. I do this for a living, and sometimes you have to improvise.

Did some work on the jeep today. Finished my homemade heat shield for the air filter, mounted my new cb antennae, and also some makeshift bumpstops. Gonna see how well tennis ***** work. Figure they have some give and will help limit up travel somewhat.
