Yeah, I do not mind moving, but I am not a fan of moving, just to move again a few weeks or a month again! Especially big things like my 80G fish tank, and the hottub...
The new buyers wanted the hottub, but since they talked the price down to the minimun my dad would take, he wouldn't let them have the hottub too, and he can't move it to his condo, so we get it!

Good/bad news... The motor was dropped and bolted in with a bunch of new stuff, all the seals, waterpump, plugs, wires, thermostat, exhaust manifold etc.
But they still needed to get all the wiring, fuel lines, coolant etc. hooked in, and my dads main tech buddies who was helping him, his mom just passed away so he went to Arizona for a week... Unfortuently the shop is pretty busy so my dad doesnt even know when he will have a time to get it finished...

Damn bummer on the jeep, but bigger bummer for the dudes mother.

Yeah I am ok with moving, just not the moving part! LOL That really blows about the fish tank. Gonna be hard on the fish two moving twice in a couple weeks. When I moved mine I bought a bunch of 5 gallon buckets to save as much of their water as possible.

Yeah I told my dad its not a problem, he needs his time, and has my sympathy.
And the fish tank I had moved by a fish mover guy(?) to our current house. Mostly because I have 17" clown knife and I don't think I could move him, let alone have a net big enough to get him out of the tank haha.
I actually just listed an ad on craigslist to sell the fish, or tank setup and fish, to save me the hassle and start over with smaller african cichlids, but I don't know how much demand there is haha.

Well it technically didn't get sent to them until this morning and he said we could hear back from anytime today or it may take over a week..
We brought up our offer a little bit just to make it more appealing and hopefully they will take it to get it off there books for the new years!
And I don't know about the tank for free.. I feel like I'm losing out on this deal haha.

Hey at least you won't have to move it! Haha what would you sell it for?

I found a house for between 5-8k haha off 128th newer siding and roof. Two car garage, decent drive. 3 bed room. That's all the info I have right now but **** even if it's destroyed inside it most likely will be worth it!

If it has electric/gas/water and a floor I'm golden. Lol

Haha I have no idea what its even worth.. I think I am going to just move it, its just the clown knife that is going to be a pain... But I have an offer of $40 for just him, which I may take. But then I would probably just want to start the whole tank over and get rid of the cichlids too..
Damn thats a good price!! I have no idea about neighborhoods, is it in a decent area? And is this something your thinking of buying to live in??

Yeah for that price, just having a two car garage on a lot is worth it!
Good luck with getting it
Any chance you know the name of the store?

Pets general store, it's on Madison on the far west end. They probably won't give top dollor but you can probably get rid of them all there. Or trade for some new ones.

Yeah inhabe to talk to my boss, someone came to him with the house. So I hope it isn't just some bs and it's actually gonna happen.

So I found out my boss and his partners have first dibs. If they want it to flip they are taking it. So I hope to talk them into wanting it. They are asking 30k butt boss says it needs 18k in work (material and labor) so we will see.

If they don't take it I will and live in it and do the work as I go. I hope this works out I want my first house! Haha

That would be a very nice first house, cheaper then renting, and you have equity to sell it and make a profit at some point!!
