I dealing with them now. they put a new windshield in on 2-25-13 for $190.
They showed me a small rust spot but Jesse said hed take care of it. Couple months down the road it started leaking again. They kept trying to say it was other things and when I took it in there, workers pulled the pillar covers off and tried to say my sunroof was leaking. It had leaked before but I sealed the sh** out of it since it didn't work. Showed him pictures where you could see water in the bottom corners of my windshield and he said it all drained down from the sunroof. But the sides of the windshield were dry and no water stains going down the windshield. Its gotta be coming up underneath the windshield. The seal they used was very uneven on mine and you can see in the corners where its not a smooth line but a couple different lines that are not smoothed out. So I doubt it got a good seal. And now after that huge rain we had last week or the week before, its leaking across the top of my windshield again. Jesse said he would help me out but im never able to get there before they close due to work and having to get my son from daycare along with taking a buddy from work home and picking up his son at school. Was suppose to go see Jesse this last Friday but he called and said theres nothing he could do. Now he wants me to go to a body shop and have them clean some rust up and have them reweld along the top of my windshield. I feel like hes not wanting to admit a bad installation. He wants the body shop to work on it and then charge me another $80 to reinstall it. Oh and he keeps saying that "we" should've done this the first time around. Feels like they're trying to screw me over! Ive seriously called numerous times to them. If they would just redo it and do it right, Id be happy...even if I have to leave it over night and let epoxy seal Id be ok with it. Guess ill call them tomorrow and see what else they have to say
