Ya I believe the crank broke. Havent broke into it yet but thats my plan. Go get a jy I6 and wheel it hard lol

Those were 3/8" thick..... that bumper was made completely from scrap metal from job sites and the thickest plate I could find for the mounts was 3/8"..... I build that back in 09 with a harbor freight welder......

Default ~Bastered Lift~

Today im headed out to pic-a-part and pull-a-part to round up the parts for a bastered xj lift......im hoping to gain 3"of lift this weekend... I put the old jeep on stands a couple weeks ago and 3.50 is all I think I can go without serious suspension mods... but we'll see...

I read on somewhere you could also use thunderbird coils in front.... anyone else ever herd that

That is what I have s10 basterd pack and 96 thunderbird front coils but remember u do need the top of the strut just the top plate and they flex good I gave me 5in in the rear and 4.5 up front
