I'm back after taking a break from working on XJ's. I had a black 96 Sport and now I have a white and black 97 Country. I am slowly working on making it our family expedition wagon. Next up is frame plating, built in rocker protection and front/rear bumpers.
97 Jeep XJ Country
Pretty sure i've seen this parked downtown off of.... Washington(?) near the 65 onramp a time or twelve.
So I am tossing the idea of making a giant batch of these and selling them! I already have a couple protypes made from Carbon Steel, but would like to make the revised batch from 304SS. I have started a Google Form document HERE to gauge interest and get a better understanding of improvements that can be made! Feel free to fill it out if youre interested and I will get in touch when the first batch is complete!!!

I made some similar. Mine were bigger. Didnt get a lot of interest.
You might have better luck since yours are smaller though. What you making them on?
Currently, I am getting a bunch of sheet metal shops to quote it. If this idea takes off (other Jeep models and car models are in the works) I would love to get a water jet machine of my own (I can dream!!!)
The price is $12USD per keychain with a $2USD shipping fee. Currently, I am only setup to ship in the US, but if someone outside of the US wants one, please send me an email (http://grillkeychains.bigcartel.com/contact[2] ) and I will work something out.
I am holding off firing up the water jet machine until I get 50 orders placed, so please bear with me on this initial set. If that number isn't reached in two weeks, I assure you I will refund all placed orders. The initial monetary value of getting these going is quite large, and I want to make sure that I will be able to offset a chunk of it before I get too far into the rabbit hole (this is money that I was planning on putting towards a lift kit).
I installed an inline air filter using a 2nd air intake boot from a donor Xj to the snorkel today. Way cleaner than the hose that is sent with the kit. Photos to follow.
