Yea mine had that to its ok i dont know what it for. Mines a 96 and i had it. Didnt have the small peice of hose tho just the fitting. the new radiator had it to and it was brass. Maybe a vent of sorts. Its ok. Look on the passenger SIDE mid way down. If its a crack it might be very small untill it heats up.

I put it on our rack and ran it and accelerated it and im seeing nothing,

I went for a drive for ahalf hour and saw no new fluid loss or anything different in temp changes.

Im lost

HMMM. Not to be that guy but... you sure it was coolant??? Maybe Windshield fluid??? Was you coolant reservoir dry when you checked it the 1st time??

hahaha, no it is absolutely coolant. I think i have found the issue. I honestly think the seal between the core and the plastic ends has taken a dump on me. thats my best option so far.

Cool. Didnt want to be a dick or anything. Hope you get it fixed man. I went ahead and bought a stock plastic tank one from napa. didnt wanna shell out hundreds for a all aluminum. Its doing good so far. Deff lowered my running temp by alot.

Stinks u cant make it wheelin tony. If u check southern ohio jeepers, they do rides on weekends too. I go weekdays. Being a pastor, my weekends are dedicated.

its a pain right now, either im tied up with school during the week or im stuck at the hospital on the weekend. One semester left and i will be graduated from college. cant wait need more time in the shop and on the trails

Hope you get it fixed man. DId you check and make sure the hoses are connected tight?I mean like the basics and stuff?

Flipped out the radiator, and then i added a little polished piece.

Time will tell if it was worth it or not

Ha yeah he busted a LCA bracket on his jeep. I have to weld it a new one on tomorrow before he gets to attached to mine
