edit: ive seen a few other lifted cherokees around osu campus and greater columbus, so they are out there.



and check out empire offroad on facebook....i accidentally ran into one of them at easton one day.

Not really in columbus ... just a few miles north in Delaware, but I've been looking for some good places that arn't considered "trespassing". I knew of a bunch down where I lived in Cincinnati but I don't want to risk driving off into to some farmers field.

Im here in Columbus. Names Patrick. Im a student but am working and not goin to school now. Ive got some nonlegit spots but i mean if there is like 2 or 3 jeeps i dont think they will care. Where i go is a busted ***** park thats really nothing other that a very small field with nothing in it.BUT behind it aka thru the field its got some trails already and a nice uphill climb a small pit. A river its an ok spot my lil home sweet home. ive been looking into goin camping in east ohio at Wellsville soon as it get warm. i guess its a Huge offroad spot thats legit. www.wellsvilletrails.com IDK tho. Hopefully if we get enough CBus guys we can do a Cbus Jeep Club or Something.

Patrick, reading your trail description, it sounds very familliar... You are not by chance north of Columbus are you? Say maybe in Delaware? The reason I am asking is I have a place (abandoned campground) that is my local spot. Lots of fun, especially in the wet! There are a few "trails" that the trees will rub the hell out of the Jeep, but I don't really care anymore, but some of the "nicer" Jeeps may not be so keen on tree rubs... There is a nice 33% grade two track too. It is pretty much a make-your-own rules place so the possibilities are endless.

I work the weekends, but I am always up for a quick trip, or a not-so-quick trip during the week.

If anyone wants to get together, just let me know.

No I'm in north columbus. Mot of the trees were cut down. Not much tree rubbin

 

I'm in the Grove City area and would really like to find some places to go and not get into any trouble, I work a rotating schedule so I'm off during the week and weekends. 4 days on and 4 days off. Let me know if anybody wants to get together and wheel.

I'm off fri and sat. If its dry we should go. That's what I've been waitin for. if we can get a couple of ppl and go one day if ppl are intrested. I know this emprire offroad is plannin a wellsville trip in april

 

HTT, I'm willing to go on Wednesday just need directions and time to meet, I go to Delaware to shoot at Blackwing shooting center so the drive doesn't bother me there just isn't any place around me to go that I know of. I will PM you my number so you can call me if your able to go Wednesday.
