If the problem is my front pump or torque converter then i should have it back together by then. So maybe.

 

I'm going g sat, possible camp sat night and Sunday. I talked to ray at ray's Offroad this morning. There is an event planned for Fri night, sat, and Sunday. Registration for prizes and Raffles at community center next to the popo. Office in town

 

And I'm welding my. Rear spiders tonight, open different front and rear is killing me

 

Going Saturday as well. This will be my first time out there. The group I'm going with are camping out, but not sure if I will be or not. I will be there though for the night wheeling! I know this place is big but if you see a stock green XJ with a Otoe Missouria tag. Stop by and say Hi.

Pump is changed, flywheel was cracked, changed it. Will put it vack together sat. Test sunday........thats the plan n e way!

 

i'll be in the red one w whiye fenders. its the only one i have right now.... i have a tendency to get bored, sell one and buy another one to start all over w lift and goodies. i have one xj and two samurai at the moment

 

This is the one, its my Johny cash rig.... I did weld my rear spiders tonight tho.... gonna try to break the welds this weekend see if it will hold up or not!

 

Wish I could wheel but my rig is hurting right now. Motor issues. Plus I'll be be packing the house up all weekend. I'll see if the ol lady will let me out for a bit to come down and see if someone will let me ride.

I'm loosin coolant somewhere and I don't have a radiator leak or a bad water pump. My oil has a slight tinge of white in it. I hope it just a bad head gasket. But at 236k I need a new one or rebuild this one. So I'm kinda babying it right now.

 

sounds like head gasket to me.

Yep, sounds like head gasket. I never know for sure till u tear it down. Might try that liquid head gasket. Some people swear it worked for them. Depends on how bad it is, doesn't sound really bad. It might just work
