so the wires that run from the driver side front by your feet across to the passenger side to a bunch of little relays on the kick panel, any idea what those are for

I was hopeing you would say heater and radio, my fuses are good but I have no power in that center section of the dash, and I am confused

both under the hood and in the pass kick panel? (that's where my radio fuse is)

no fuse panel on the passenger side, it's an 88 old renix ### hole
