I have had driveline vibes since we got off Metal Masher in October. It wasn't horrible, but definitely new. I finally got under it today...do you think missing all the pins from one of the Ujoint caps could cause this issue
?
Feels like a luxury vehicle now! No I just need to do the exhaust manifold, motor mounts, hi steer, front t-case output, sway bar links and steering box. Maybe in the next year or two.

what are you wanting to use it for for would be my ? lockers, air up tires, run air tools. I did it, would I do it again, NO its not cost effective, almost more of a pain, but depending on your use of the heep I say no.
so everyone i talk to says no matter what you do to an xj the frame will twist. I think thats not totally true has anyone had problems with this. Im planning on doing tera 60s front and rear unibody stiffeners from tnt, sliders and 35's to 37's.

If my frame twists or moves at all then any frame will. It is at least 1/4" thick at every point. Stock non-plated unibody will bad but if you plate it properly it will be fine. I converted my A/C compressor to OBA, its really nice and I can run air tools off of it no problem but it did cost about 135$ total when all was said and done for the tank, filters, oiled, hose, etc. I can fill one of my 35's from 6psi to 35Psi in about a minute. Totally worth it IMO.

I was thinking something like this, with the compressor under the hood and 2 tanks under my back seat. I want to keep my AC.
