Go down to Walmart, get a set of 55W $50 Hella's. Then go down to Fleetlite on Redwood road and get some 125W bulbs for 2 bucks a piece. Then if you want a third matching light for free I have one left from my set I used to run.

That's what I did ^^^, but I used the BAJA walmart lights! Been thinking about remounting them under the winch...

haha maybe one day, after my jeep is done and i have a diesel truck and a trailer big enough to haul both of them then i look at getting a 4runner or something but im NOT spending 10k on one like that lol

ya all I was saying is that in this economy their is no way in hell he is going to get 10k for it, I said i have some buddies with truck just like it that they might be able to get 4-5k for. then it went on to some thing that the thread is not called if alwaysxj thinks steve is asking too much for his truck.... I wanted to write back and say steve {As in me} is dropping it to 4k and see what happens but I didn't. don't get me wrong it is a nice truck in all but if no one will give him 11k for a 4 door taco then why would they give him ten for that?

I saw your posts before they got deleted. People don't understand how much vehicles lose value. I bought my toyota for $5700. The guy I bought it from could have gotten 6-7k for it. Even still that cheap for something that has about $25,000ish of parts and work on it. If Steve gets the 10k for his then he's lucky.

 

ya he told me to keep the chit chat out of his for sale thread... did anyone else read the thread for his taco.... about 99% was chit chat telling him not to sale it or him bumping it to lower the price, it looks like he has already lowered the price on this truck to 9k...

All his threads are chit chat. It's things he doesn't like and people attacking him. All his threads are postive comments. And i did see he went down to 9,000. He put different tires on it.

I never saw the point of building a rig nice. Unless you don't care for damage. it's goin to happen unless you don't try anything challenging. And whats the fun in that. I can care less on looks. The bumpers and sliders are to be bashed and hit on everything. I always said, never wheel without a skidplate under your drivetrain. It's like playing football without a cup. Lol
