So i picked up a cheap car to deliver pizza's in the winter but i have some concerns and can't seem to find my answer, or else i am not looking hard enough. The abs light comes on for a while and then goes off Will this pass safety in Utah? The guy just got it inspected in Aug and it passed fine then, but i am reading in some states it Will not pass if any lights on the dash are on. The brakes seem fine and the pads are new so not sure why it comes on. Also the check cages light comes on but everything is reading normal.

the abs light being on is an advise, its not a true fail. or so the books says lol
check gauge light is not safety inspection relaited and will not effect anything.
if the the brake light (for fluid level and e-brake) is on then it will fail.

Sweet thanks man I not sure how i missed that when i looked... oh yeah it could of been my screaming kids in the back ground wanting me to get off the computer and go out side to play!
