I would be willing to help! its pretty easy really. I have the drill bit and tap for the box too.

 

That's my only hold back is tapping the box ha

 

It sounds scary, its actually really easy. just take a bit of time. I struggled threw mine, then found out the easy way lol

 

Drill and tap is all? Wow, thought you had to spend a butt load for a new box.

No ha, if you go full hydro you start spending a butt load

 

I think you can do it all together if you keep the dill bit and tap greasy so no burrs hit into box

you can. but you coudl also tear the teflon seals if any peice of metel gets in... I would not do it. Dons of metal went in the port on mine lol



Tahts what I did, got a new box. tore it down. drilled and tapped. I even bought the filter for liftime warranty and will jsut swap the cases lol

they are simple to tkae apart, the hard part is getting the ***** back in palce and the shaft threw without dropping *****. But if you sliper the piston in the bore, roll it upsidedown, you have access tot he opening and can feed the shaft threw and you slide the ***** into place. then once your done. roll the piston back over and done! no need for the stupid plastic roll idea or the Special tool. I struggles at that part. made my own holder deal... put it together. THEN was told about flipping it lol. have no idea why I didn't realize it at the time... oh well.

 

We've narrowed it down to the ecm being bad. So ill get one and go from there!
