Someone come over and figure out my idle problem. If I spun the big pulley on the bottom of the motor would that cause it to sputter when stepping on the throttle?

Half a 30 pack to the first person than can fix my jeep lol or at least tell me why I can't fix the sputter when I step on the gas. Won't even drive it is so bad

What do you mean spun it? the dampener is bad?
