Ya,i ended up just swaping my shafts on the trail cause I couldnt get them out but prob is,the ones I swapped out have bad hubs but good u joints are the 760 joints tj joints I heard tj joints are stronger

TJ,XJ,ZJ,WJ ect all use the same joints. the 297's... the 760's are there beefy brother that fits in its place. found here and other just linked for reference.

the 297's are the big capped D30 shafts. but have a weaker cross section then the 760 (forged cross IIRC)

Gonna be camping up skyline dr around the bountiful peak campground area on the 12th to the 13th if anyone wants to stop by and chit chat or have a beer or sit around the campfire. Look for a white jeep cherokee and a grey 4runner

So I have 2 jeeps. One on full widths that wont run. And a set of one tons waiting for an install on one of the jeeps. ... decisions decisions...
