The only one that is bent is the pass side so idk what u would do with the driv side

To pass inspection do you have to have the same brand of tire or just same size and type?

Same size on which ever axle, and same load rating equivalent to the vehicles weight or better. Cannot have weather cracks that expose cords or tread depth less then 2/32.
