Your better off cutting it with a vertical handsaw and then cutting them into shape and grinding into the final shape plasma won't do it without a really high amperage and oxygen you'll have to bump it up so much and the amount of time you cut just one piece you'll have to grind of either way.

Its capable of high amps, and we always run oxy with it.

i cant remember wether it was a propane torch or gas i think its propane but itll cut straight through 4" solid steel we used it when i was there

With the right sized tip, oxy will cut through anything

no i know that, im talking about a metal cutting torch i think that runs of gasoline or something, you guys might have someone come in with one and show you guys, they did in one of my welding classes

Im not in the program, they just show us different joints and how to weld them with each method

So my taxes came in today, payed of a cc in a half lol. Also ordered some kicker 6 1/2s. Need to go look at metal soon and start looking into what I need to change my tranny fluid and filter, anyone want to help me never done it before?

Not using it for a bumper, its solid 2x4 I can barely move it by myself. Im thinking D ring tabs. Way to heavy for sliders
