yes i know my driver side upper mount is cocked......i will be cutting it off and re-welding it straight.

thanks. after 6 years of self-tought welding, im getting it down. i still have never had a real welder look at my welds and critique them. i just bash on em an see if they break.

i have had 2 of my welds break. one was on a truss, and one on a spare tire carrier. the truss was because i had too big of gap that i had welded in. now you can see i leave no big gaps to fill. the spare tire carrier was the first thing i ever welded. buger welds galore!! zero penitration cuz i had no clue what i was doing, and i was using flux core. my flux welds look better than my gas migged welds these days cuz i did it for a long time without gas.

finished my sliders yesterday. stupid fn back went out again, and i litterally got stuck on the ground for 30 mins and couldnt get up.....that was only half way thru the first one!!

almost called my girl to come take me to the hospital, but laughed at myself for falling and not being able to get up at 28 years old!!!!

somehow i overcame the pain for the rest of the day and got em done!!

barely slept, and still goin wheelin today!! (dont be as stubborn as me, it will kill you)

pics of the sliders tonight.

lifting weights doing exercises like stiff leg deads and getting stronger ab muscles will cure most bad backs...i ruptured a lower disc at 19 ,and today i have no real issues with it ,and it's all because the muscles there are incredibly strong .

my doctor told me pretty much the same a few years ago. i just need to start making time to work out....and i also need to build a fab table. i do most of my fab on the ground. bending down that many times, picking up heavy shyt, is gonna kill me.

i have ruptured a few discs in my back, and its no bueno!! feels like i did it again. usually my pain starts to go away after one night, but it still hurts the same.

wheeling yesterday was prob a bad idea, but i cant not wheel!!!!
