I do have a D35 lol going to start the swap tomorrow. I'm just pulling the fuses for the ABS for now, some day I'll remove it entirely

What made you decide on the 8.25? I'm onto a D44 and a 8.25 but I'm not sure which I want. Maybe even a 8.8? I'm just so indecisive about it. I like the 8.25 a lot except for that lip on the bottom, that worries me a lot

44 and 8.8 are better but I got the 8.25 for a good deal and its a direct bolt in, 8.8 and any non xj-44 (which are rare) need parts welded on and I was lazy about it

Yes. Its definitely down on power but honestly its no worse than my old TSLs even though these claws are heavier, taller, and wider. I suppose it helps having a little less rolling resistance, and being round.

Saw this in town the other day. I wonder who the "pro fabricator" who put together this amazingly clean, high clearance, and gorgeously welded bumper is

Would this be a good deal? I can get a 1987 jeep Wagoneer Cherokee xj with a 2.5L automatic transmission with 177k miles for $1,200. Good deal? I need it for light wheeling and travel back and fourth from Wyo to CO for work (245+ miles)
