If the adversisment is asking 1.7k and is calling the vehicle a "Jeep Wagoneer Cherokee XJ", WALK THE HELL AWAY. Especially since it has 177k and the 2.5, that is just way too much money. If I'd ask no more than 1,000

Depending on year, wagoneer was not a separate model, but a trim level for the Cherokee. 1700 is a bit high for a 2.5 XJ though unless its in very good shape.

Oh ***** that's right, the XJ Wagoneer came to be after they killed the SJ Grand Wagoneer in '91.

And my bad on the type for the price, 1.2k is a good price all things considered. Only iffy part is the 2.5 engine, you might be better off getting a 4.0 for gas mileage, more power means you'll be pressing the pedal less. I wasn't thinking clearly last night lol...

I second the 4.0 choice, but I don't know about keeping your foot off the pedal, I love my 4.0 cause its pretty peppy!

Everyone alright after that storm? Only casualty I got is the CB antenna on Raider. Hailstone hit it just right and it shattered. My mom's WK is ruined though, she was stranded on 34.

Some of the spring plates are machined to accept either 8.25 or 35 u bolts but they are incredibly hard to find. Grab the spring plates with the axle when you get it

My co-worker has a stock XJ with the 8.25 and it looks like he has the same spring plates as me, they both have elongated holes and his is more spaced out in the hole than mine!

And I picked up that 8.25 from your friend in Denver, trying to figure out how I can get it in by Labor Day weekend, may look for a disc swap for a reasonable price from a jy, may just do the drum brakes for a while
