Yes it does.. I replaced it with the lsd carrier and been pretty happy with it.. Was happy the stock carrier worked with 4.88s. Love the 8.8 for no carrier breaks.

Cut the old spring perch off, and shock mounts, weld new ones on. And buy a flange adapter for the driveshaft. Thats about it

Hey you just have to know were to look. By the time you swap in an 8.8 and get the driveshaft rebuilt coulda swapped a 44 haha but then again Mexican Alex you know I'm biased lol
