Cool beans, thanks guys. I've yet to find good sources for all my hobbies, I've only lived in CO for 9 years now. The last place someone recommended would only sell stuff in 20' sticks. Not easy to carry in the XJ. Maybe I should make the roof rack first...

 

20 ft policy is bs. They lose business doing that lol. Den cool and maybe Hinton charge a small fee per cut. Usually get as long as u can to have fewer cuts. Do u have a chop saw and welder?

 

Well it all depends on who their target customer base is... If they don't want to sell to the little guy, that's their prerogative. But they won't get my business that way.

I do all my fab work with an angle grinder and a little wire welder because I don't have anything resembling a useable workshop.
