True makes for watching the gauges more. But sure is nice if the day turns up the heat. We have been trying to get up there to do a terminator run or crown king but too many projects to get done and now its getting to hot so i guess this fall will be more like it.

Yes kinda it is welded to the rain gutter and i have been thinking about and some more outer cage just cant decide on design. it comes in handy on trails with heavy trees and when i get it sideways in the canyons (helps slide some).

Damn another forrest fire that started in mexico is heading our way. We had a bad one last year so maybe not much to burn. 250 acres sofar on the us side and heading north. the smoke is getting real thick. My work here on the fort is only about ten miles from it.

I've done this trail. Did every obstacle except the first fall, because i watched three built buggies try and fail before me. It was too wet. I made it through with a bent rear bumper and rear drivers quarter panel. I blew a bead in the last obstacle and it popped right back on and I drove it out and home

A few of the guys I went with had TJs with manuals. Alot of stalling and the smell of clutch in the air, but we cruised through it pretty good.
