To all of my fellow jeepers in this area this is just a fare warning to be careful if you deal with BDC Fabrications in Portland Oregon , I lost $1500 on a deal with him so I would steer clear of him.

That's not much info to dis a place over IMO, do you have a case and plan the retain an attorney? Was everything in writing upfront & did you give them a chance to make it right?

Search " new rear bumper " in modified tech.

Over 100 posts in the thread.read them all its worth it. I don't know how to link it.

I have all the emails and cancelled check that I need to back up my claim as to giving them a chance to make it right I have been waiting 1 yr 3 months for that , I even said to ship it unfinished. He did finally contact me said he will pay me back , we will see.

As for getting a attorney or small claims court I see no reason to throw another $600 - 800 out to try to get the 1500 back . I already had a attorney tell me that winning in court isn't a problem it's getting the money back after winning.

I know what you mean tho, a judgement isn't worth much when the debtor can simply ignore it.
