Replaced my bum radiator today. No more leaks. Hopefully this radiator lasts more than 3 months

Tonight has been uneventful... I was hoping someone would call from work so I could leave.

Back to Jeep stuff. Does anyone know the torque spec for the shackles? I will be moving the RC shackles to the 2" point in the morning. I have conflicting specs for the shackle torque and I cannot find my paper with all my torque specs for every suspension bolt I R&R'd.
Some say 45-50 ft lbs on frame and spring. Others say 115 ft lbs frame side and 52 ft lbs spring side. Just the OEM specs por favor.

I thought that USB drive I gave you had torque specs on there...I could be wrong though...

I didn't see it on there. I will double check it again

EDIT: Found it!

U-Bolt Nut . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 70 N·m (52 ft. lbs.)
Front Pivot Bolt . . . . . . . . . 156 N·m (115 ft. lbs.)
Upper Shackle Bolt . . . . . . . 156 N·m (115 ft. lbs.)
Lower Shackle Bolt . . . . . . . . 108 N·m (80 ft. lbs.)

I've been running 50 ft lbs on the shackle since I installed them. Way off on my spec. The FSM comes in handy Mark! Thanks

that's wild the Haynes manual says 109 foot pounds for both leaf spring bolts, both front and rear

and I've been tightening my u bolt nuts to 80 foot pounds

especially since I'm running 33 inch tires and and I'm locked both front and rear

I have a Chilton manual and I hate it. The specs are way off from Haynes and the FSM.

Th torque is actually a quarter turn before it breaks. No need for a wrench.
