I used Nuts Off and AeroKroil for a few weeks prior. I sprayed Loctite Freeze and Release on some bolts that the other penetrating oil had no affect on. I purposely broke the shock bolts and sway bar link. The LCA bolts were a pain though.

I was able to find everything local except for upper bushings those came from AZ over night. BJs at 4WP. Axle u joints at Dans. bushings over night at o'reilly and AutoZone has wheel bearings in stock at some stores.

Just pull the bumper. its only 8 more bolts plus you will have to pull it eventually to get an aftermarket one. the weld nuts are back in the frame a few inches plus the bumper is 5 inches from the frame. need a long torch for that. also the bumper mount is covering the hole not just the bumper go ahead and cut or drill your front leaf nut boxes too as you will need to soak and heat those..

SYE, I can do that in an hour... or maybe 2
