I am not going, my rig is too trashed from the marathon to make it any place but down the street. I was asked by Keith from WM702 to post it up. He likes wheelin with the fellas who have been out with us, but still open to the rest.
What's her specialty? How long has she been working? Does she have medical surgical experience? If she is a new grad then it would be tough but if she's got that year under her belt she should have no problem. Sunrise is hiring, va is looking for experienced nurses and my view is expanding their med surge and rehabilitation floor. If she's interested in psych monte vista is always hiring. I'm a charge rn at progressive ltac but trust me she doesn't want to work there....but if she's desperate I can get her an application.

I have cut more bolts and metal off this vehicle than I have in my entire life. It's like a tattoo... once you start, you can't stop.
Driver side bolt had to be cut out. Bushing is shot on the axle and even worse at the frame end. Looking into different arms still. Debating on the IRO Critical Path upgrade or adjustable short arms. I'm sitting at 4.5" and the axle is drooped as far as it will go with these short arms. They hit the axle now, and it is perfect for my shock travel.
Rob, what control arms are you running? Your Jeep flexes a lot with short arms.

I'm running fixed lowers and stock uppers too. Pinion angle is off. Caster is way off. Still debating on which route to go for control arms.
Do your lowers hit the axle at full droop?

Rustys lowers and stock uppers here too. arms are whats gonna limit your travel with short arm set ups. rob and I are both getting full droop out of the arms. only upgrade is long arm or custom mounts. your pinon shouldnt be all messed up with propper length arms. you can still adjust them on the frame side. the main reason for adjustable arms is to push the axle forward into its proper spot. Long arms help combat the axle being pulled back through droop because the longer arm has a bigger arch.
FWIW did my upper bushings last night. the frame side of the arms can be done in 5min with a hammer. the axle side is more tricky. driver side that you have pictured is a ***** and I had to remove the coil for room. the pass side is alot easier just the flimsy mount sucks and had to make a spacer to keep it from crushing
this is droop maxing out on the arms

Oh by the way, my rock lights came in today

for the medical ppl on here.
My nurse friend works at the hospital in centennial area somewhere.
the new one they just expanded. they just keep cutting her hrs bak intill theres no work hrs left. she has mire then few yrs of exp. so any pointers on other places she cld apply would be great. and thnx.
Anyway for the wheelers.
Potato ridge is a good run, did it 2wks ago anf decide to disconnect my sway bar. And during the trip my front tires rubbed into the fender so bad, i had to bend them bak out after wheelin lol.
also going down the hill will heat up the brakes pretty bad. We went in lovell canyon and exit out red rock. i wld def be goin on this run again. but since 2marow vegas is headed in the 100 degree range, a cold beer, cool pool and bbq just sounds more refreshing. hv fun off roading, and watch out for snakes.

im probably going to have to do something like that. my jeep doesn't like the heat since the end of last summer. she use to do fine and now all of a sudden she over heats in direct sun light.
drain and clean your system. Then make sure you have no air bubbles. When I got this thing it would rise up to 220 ever stop light. Turns out the rad was low even though it looked full because of the stupid fill port design. I always fill my system from the upper radiatior hose. take it off and spray into the block till it comes out the hose. It helps prevent air pockets that are so hard to deal with on the i6
