Found a worn tie rod on the passenger side. POS autozone drag link.

Anyone know what the torque specs for the steering gearbox are? With the JCR spacer and Nates bumper, it feels loose when i turn. I noticed yesterday that the outer washers are bent from either me over torquing them or the gearbox pulling them. Might need to swap them for some grade 8 washers since the ones that came with the JCR spacer were not grade 8 washers, only grade 8 bolts.

As tight as you can get it pretty much.

I woulndt worry about it I say its just condensation, once you start loosing coolant and gaining oil I would start worrying.

dude if you're worried about it Go to fasteners inc.on Craig, they have grade 10 hardware. Then tighten them up real good.
