Its hard to judge pinon angle from that pic but would you say that your pinon is pointing straight at the Tcase? do you ever get axle wrap?

What's axle wrap?

 

when the axle rotates under torque. like if you were going forward the pinon would move upwards. I ask because if its bad enough it could cause the joint to bind and shaft to hit the axle and all that stuff leading to broken joints and straps.

Then motor mounts and tranny mount and fix that stupid rear main leak then she will be ready ...give me like a month ..then I'm trail ready... Then saving up for lockers!!!
