Ok, i need some input. When i turn on my a/c or heat nothing comes out of the vents and when i turn the heat on, my jeep will sputter until it stalls. Im thinking hcv is bad cause it uses vacuum and that would affect the running of the jeep. Any ideas?

 

I would say vacuum system.
