I'm sure it would. I mean its a hydraulic ram with a ton of force. With proper mounting it would cover up a lot of movement
It would ultimately depend on where the death wobble is coming from. With Hydraulic Assist a ram is mounted from the axle to the tie-rod or the drag link.
If the ram is mounted to the drag link and you have slop in the steering box or pitman arm connections then you may be able to 'mask' the wobble. If you have anything loose in the lower drag link connection, the tie-rod ends, the wheel bearings or the ball-joints then the ram will not mask anything.
If the ram is mount to the tie-rod and you have slop in the steering box, pitman arm or drag link then the ram might 'mask' the wobble. Anything loose between the ram and wheels will not be masked at all.
Another likely candidate for wobble would be tire balance issues which will probably be felt in the steering wheel/vehicle shaking no matter what.
If you manage to mask anything you may not feel the wobble at the steering wheel at all but it may still be happening at the wheels and will eventually cause more wear or damage to any and all mentioned components.
Long winded, I know but my point is to use Hydraulic Assist to increase steering force but don't rely on it to mask death wobble. Cure the death wobble first.

Started making the brackets to tie my cage into the frame. At the same time it ties the mini boat sides in too

Tapered inserts got here from Barnes 4x4 today. Tomorrow I'll start on flipping my steering to under the knuckle and hopefully soon I'll be getting hydro assist

I used a motor style configuration and brackets to tie my cage in to my frame it allowed the body not to be as rigid.
