LAS VEGAS XJ GROUP-----> 1st ROLL CALL.
Dang it. I missed my chance at a 97 XJ because I was out running Potato Ridge with my friend in his 79 Bronco. It sold before I got back to town.
At least the run was a great time.

Stock pump for me and I ran 33" at 8 PSI in the sand and rocks from the Gypsum Mine to Apex just fine. Can't recall having issues turning at 25-30PSI on the street either, how or low speed.

Well not to be that guy. But have you checked your fluid levels? No leaks? Only time I have issues turning is when no power is running. Then the 33s get a little though to turn hah.

What a great Forum Group! Bought a 1998 Jeep XJ this past fall and I have been rebuilding the front suspension, engine, and engine bay area. I also, changed the seals in the trans and transfer case. However, from day one when I started this project I have been looking for one each 16 inch Moab rim for a spare. I have looked on Craigslist and KSL with no luck. If anyone knows where I can find one please let me know.
Thanks

I come with news instead of complaints. I redid the 3 grounds on the block on the passenger side. And redid the 2 on the battery. Cleaned the Braided Cable. I don't think I missed any. Cleaned everything. Put the battery and and BAM Started up. The only concern is the my battery doesn't pass the first quarter mark on the dial. But I don't recall it ever either. Do I need a bigger battery? And ideas there guys? Also went for a quick drive and everything worked. Light, Signals, Breaks, Flashers and Brights. Does feel like my breaks need to be replaced though. Not sure if it's just cause it sat for nearly a month or what. But I'll see. Also I was watching the Needle and when I turned the Lights on it dropped a hair or two but it didn't continue to drop. I'll go for a drive later tonight with lights and everything on and see what happens.
For now Hopefully. The battery still concerns me though honestly. Ima just drive around my neighborhood for a while and I will find out tonight if it is fixed xD
I think we have one lying around in the garage. I honestly don't know how to use one so I'll look up a vid or something. Never used one before.

NVM It's ****in easy to use haha. With the Jeep off I was sitting at 12.26 and when I turned it on it dropped as low as 10 but then settled at 11.88. Way low. When off I hear it is sposed to be at least 12.6 and when on at least 14.00. So does that mean bad battery or alternator?
