The thing is about the radiator/fans, I don't HAVE to get rid of it. I could use it with the LS motor. It would save me about $400 if I did use it. However I'd like to go to an Aluminum unit with my Taurus fan. The LS ECU is capable of controlling a high/low fan.

Cool thanks for the suggestion. What did you do to mount the fans?

Yea im gonna get three of the cheapest fans with highest cfm rating i can then run two how dirtbound does that just keep the temp the same then run the last one to the ac so it kicks on then or to a switch. Havent figured that out yet lol. but the shroud is looking to be the most expensive out of it all. what cfm rating of fans did you use?

Heres some pics. It takes up the whole back area from back of seat to molding at the hatch and fits snug between wheel wells. I believe it is 12 inches tall. It has 4 tie down points on it and a hidden compartment for on board air that is only accessible when back seat is folded forward. also has cut out where i had speakers mounted but carpet covers so they are hidden.

That's how I have it wired. The first two run with temp, all three run when AC compressor is running.

These are the fans I have. They say it flows 1800cfm but I call bull****. They're not loud enough.
