Cool man. Looks like Ben might be down and so might Jon. I can't decide if afternoon or night would be best though

So I've come to conclusion a couple weeks later that attempting to redo the electrical is a horrible idea. I thought I knew enough to maybe go at it myself. Yea, nope. Good news is I honestly hadn't done a ton over 2 weeks. Got Flu Type B which kicked my butt most of that time anyway. I can put back everything undone thus far. But I know there are issues and I don't wanna fork up 1k+ to hand it over to a shop and them "think" they fixed it. I'm out of options. I have no idea what to do from here -_- Not gonna lie. Trading for a stock or selling to get money for a stock that I acn work on myself has crossed my mind more and more lately over the last year and a half with all these issues.

What kind of issues have you been dealing with? What are you looking to get out of it if you sell? PM if you want to chat about it.

Just having BS electrical issues for nearly a year now and every time I take it somewhere someone says all fixed no issues. Then a month later something else isn't working. Or I have a drain on the battery or something never got hooked back up properly. It's just always something and after 3 years of going to mechanics who "knew what they were doing" I'm just tired of all this getting yanked around ****. And just not having enough knowledge or insight to do it myself. Just blows. Jeeps sat around for nearly 3 weeks. With nothing being done to it. Cause Idk where to start or even what to do. So yea.

Yep. Totally willing to help.

Why not replace your engine harness (rather than trying to
Re-work it)??

I'm east side. I work Graveyard. I only really have Monday afternoon(for like an hour unless I decide to stay up all day) and Tuesdays to work on it. Fairly tough schedule for others to work with.

I've only seen the wire harnesses online for like $500+ so yea. A bit pricey.

Fellow graveyarder o/ well unless anyone is willing to make a drive since the jeep doesn't run. I've nothing to offer really except an ear and hand. Gonna buy my redtop sooner than I thought though. -_- mom's bf thought my battery was dead so instead of asking his just put it on the side of the house.....in the dirt. Yay. Worthless battery now.

Figure out a time that works after you get a battery sorted out. If the battery just sat outside it shouldn't hurt the battery, just not good for the dirt. If you suspect it is bad I would just replace it if possible, makes things easier.
