I am looking for someone to install 4.88s, Aussie. It will be at the end of this month. Parts are in hand.

The axle is under the Jeep now, has a diff cover with lubelocker.

How much for a rear 8.25 to 4.88s and install the spartan locker? I would definitely be down to hang out and help and learn a thing or two. Have the full rebuild kit and chromos going in too.

Also do you have any peoples gears you've done before I could get recommendations from?

Feel free to PM me!

Thanks!

I've also been looking into gears, I'm running 35's as well, is 4.88 the best option for a DD?!

Try Big Boy Toys in Buckley. I don't have a number, but I'm sure Jeremy does good deals.

They fixed my D35, rebuilt a D44 for me (including ABS conversion) and seem to be doing a lot of lifted Jeeps and full size trucks on a daily basis.
