picked up a bunch of junk yard parts... a new looking ignition coil (still shiny, the receipt in the car said it was purchased only a month or 2 back), also got 2 older coils, a 95 Dakota rear brake soft line, a pair of 95 Chevy c1500 front brake soft lines, and a new in the box set of Accel 8mm plug wires...

tested the coils... they all work... one has a crack in the plastic... I will just keep it as a spare

only paid $15 total...

installed the newer looking coil and the 8mm wires (even though I know they serve no real purpose)

That for sure looks a lot better man but yeah we need to get you some bigger tires now though. Think we need to look at that rear axle though looks way far forward, I didn't notice it looking like that when you were here.
Go Speed Racer go

Default Hmmm I thought so

I looked at it before, but when it was sitting like a hot rod, it wasn't that noticeable. I wonder why that ASE certified mechanic never saw that when we did the lift!

Just screwing with you Gen. Collins!!

Since I am running stock LCA"s, probably not much I can do until I get some adjustables...

Went through some of the Man Toy's refurb this weekend:

Little Stuff
New ignition wires and plugs
Air filter
Oil and filter change
Spliced some hose on the vacuum line that controls the heat/AC venting
'Resolved' the carpet and upholstery
Replaced all front end bulbs & headlights

Big Stuff
Mounted 235 Yokohama GeoLanders
Painted wheels & reinstalled wheel centers

To Do
Differentials gear oil changes
Swap out 90's Panasonic head with Alpine from my F150
Replace speakers & add rear channels

Will get my TB back from Dennis Pekela this week (I hope) and have this rig road ready...
