Almost finished up with my 2 week project that's going on 3 months haha. Finished capping and painting the 2x6 square tube for the rocker replacement sliders. Driver side is all cut out, just need to cut passenger side and I'm all ready! Excited to get the XJ Out of the garage for snow run season!
Ok so starting yesterday I pulled my oil pan in prep of replacing the rear main seal finished up that part last night. Today I am putting the oil pump and pan back on I hope that the XJ will hold together long enuf to get the new engine ordered crossing fingers...

while heading home last night I hit this at 55mph while it was alive. its hard to tell but its was spike around 150lbs estimate

only bent the rear fender thank god for 35s. deer hit front tire instead of front then hit the rear fender and went under the jeep.

been feeling down because life has kept me too busy lately, and haven't had time for much fun. so today I took a day off and joined the wheelin with warriors run over stampede pass. mostly forest roads, but it was an awesome trip with a staggering 72 rig turnout!

Ok so this has gone on over the last 5 days first I replaced the rear main seal that was fun, then I had to build a new oil pan and valve cover gasket. And made a new rear hatch inter panel and made my jeeps new motto on the rear window and the last pic is what the rear cylinder looks like from the bottom up.
