driving my 93. i degreased her engine, power washed, tuneup, all cause i about cried when she ran 250,XXX miles still running strong

322,000 miles... Small rear main oil seal leak. I love my xj.

I definitely think mine would have lasted to 300+ had i not hydrolocked it at 256k. Its still going strong though!! just can tell its tired and needs a rebuild soon.

Got some fluids at AZ and gave her a much needed Coolant flush. On to my rear diff! Ideas for what i should paint on my diff cover?

Dont forget the friction modifier if you have a d35,, and only use the stuff for Jeeps.

Painted my diff covers semi flat black. Dont need to show off that I know how to change the fliud. Hate the lime green covers, but to each thier own.

Oh sorry you said you were changing your dif fluid, I was helping lol. I knew a guy who fried his dif cause he didnt put the additive in and didnt wanna see it happen to anyone else.

I am but the new fluid that i bought has a friction modifier in it, so no need to add extra thanks for the heads up though!

Cleaned the gunk out of the intake manifold.
Whats this about friction mod?
