the good thing is with my diff armor, came allen headed bolts. no rounding off there.

Alex, if you have access to a welder, or know someone that has one, just weld a nut on the bolt, and wrench that thing off

Bet if I took a drill bit and drilled your Allen's out they'd be rounded.... Yup....

Don't buy the one from rustys. The didn't engineer them so you can get the fill plug out. I had to drill a hole so I could fit an extension in it.

Ive been looking at the Riddler covers for a while but Im not sure yet. But no Rustys or OrFab covers because of plug clearance issues. Thanks :-)

Ok so not my Jeep but my buddy's, we welded up his front end spider gears. As it is nothin but a toy wheeler and only on 30's and is never gunna see road or any bigger tires. And we did it in such a manor as we can rotate the spider gears without the center pin and remove them for swapping in either a real locker of unwelded gears. Not to mention he has a vac dis axle so he will still be able to turn in 2wd.

Ordered a set of rustys upper and lower adjustable control arms with the forged flex jonts. Should be able to get my driveline back in here shortly!
