So I'm not entirely informed on what the adventage of having and not having a sway bar is. Are they okay to remove? Does it really matter if I'm not going to need a ton of flex? Im specifically talking about the front bar, would it help for stability offroad? What's the scoop? I want to know more about these things and I'm slowly (but surely) learning more an more each day about my cherokee!

I have never had a sway bar on my jeep. you just have to get used to it. although if you run a soft suspension run on the on road driving improves.

The sway bar or "anit-roll bar" improves on-road handling by reducing the roll of the body relative to the axles. The tighter the corner gets, the more the bar holds/ the inside tire to the ground.

I run one with Rubicon Express's quick disconnects so that I can disconnect it when I hit the trail. I've driven at highway speeds on pavement without it connected though, and as far as I can tell it makes your ride feel more like a boat.
Dudes here will blow their horns about whether or not you should run it but it comes down to personal preference. Roll with it and then roll without it and see which you like best. Drive safe whether you have one or not.

i run rustys springs and a long arm kit, without it, my jeep sways all over the place, especially cause it gets windy over here. i like to run a front one on the street, and have discos for offroad. i do not run a rear one.
