You need a discover pass even if you have orv tabs... Anything with an engine needs the disco to be on DNR land, even the tow rig...

I was told by Nancy elbe DNR land manager that you need orv tags or discover pass. She said a lot of people are changing to orv tags so they don't need a pass.I have orv tags and never had a problem.I do have a discover pass for my yj and my tow rig and orv tags for my xj.I might be wrong but never had any problems.

Your dirtbike doesn't need the discover pass, just it's orv tabs. Your tow rig needs the discover pass. But If you trailer your jeep, both the tow rig AND your jeep need the discover pass UNLESS the jeep has ORV tabs. But you can't drive something that has ORV tabs on the street anyways. But then again I've been following your build barns, your xj definitely won't be on the street lol. Keep it up by the way... It's looking good

Haha thanks, an I will be driving it lol. I know my bike doesn't need one. He said anything with a motor needs both. Only the truck that is being parked and what ever toy you are useing needs one or the other.
