Default Cherokee not running

Ok I got giving this cherokee its an 89 with straight 6.

At first he had it running real good no problems then he took it around the block and when it started to get warm it started running bad and dying and not starting. When I went to pic it up with the trailer it wouldn't start at all. The next day at our house my buddy hopped in it and it fired right up then after awhile it stared running like poo again. So today it was running good I took it around the block and then I stomped on the gas to accelerate and it died.

More details.
After it starting up again and getting it home we checked the fuel pressure and spark and it was good. I went and bought a fuel filter and some octsin booster and installed it and I'm getting no fuel pressure at the fuel rail but am getting it at the fuel filter. (Yes its in right). Clogged gas line? Also not very much spark at all??

Yeah I dropped the tank yesterday and took all the gas out and it looked alright Linda cloudy but I think it was from the fuel additives I put into it???

I would throw your cps in it and see if that helps ya, it might have an exposed wire arcing or something.
