You can check the CPS with a multi meter where it disconnects by the throttle body,if you have a chiltons/hayes it will tell you the specs.

Edit:

For 91 or earlier check terminal "A" and "B" should be 200+/-75 ohms or 92 and later test "B" and "C" and they should not have continity (per Hayes manual pg. 6-22).

 

Fuel in the Oil? No pressure at the Rail but good pressure at the filter? Maybe injectors not closing pumping fuel constantly not letting the rail pressure build up maybe just a shot in the dark cant think of anything else that fits the symptoms
